Mental Health WorkShop

Mental Health Workshops are conducted as webinars and seminars, both offline and online, typically in a corporate or educational group setting. It allows the participating group to learn together and, consequently, the organization becomes more productive, positive and harmonious. Mental health workshops help to prevent mental illness and promote mental wellbeing. The workshops can be for 
  • building awareness and understanding of mental wellness
  • to address common mental health challenges
  • to foster resilience, empower personal growth. 
Pre and post workshops surveys are also conducted to understand the workshops’ effectiveness.  A host of topics are covered, listed below are a few commonly run workshops. 

Stress management

Stress has become an inevitable part of life, be it in one’s job or in personal life. The immediate effect of stress can be felt in loss of one’s happiness and peace of mind and a prolonged effect of stress can be seen on one’s health. Both these outcomes affect not only the individual but the organization they work for. Through the workshops, participants can learn effective stress management techniques as well as techniques to improve mental wellbeing such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Work life balance

The art of effectively managing your time, resources, and energy to meet both your professional and personal commitments while prioritizing self care and well being. It improves relationships and personal health while also impacting the group’s productivity and ultimately their performance and job satisfaction.

Resilience building

Sometimes life is hard, and we succumb to the struggle. Resilience is that key attribute that enables individuals to bounce back from such setbacks, face challenges with determination and finally use the experience to grow from it. By developing resilience, employees can enhance their ability to handle personal and/or work adversity, leading to a higher performance, reduced burnout and a drop in attrition rates.

Exam Stress

Examination brings out our fear of failure, the pressure to perform, and other negative states. Such a repetitive experience of examination can take a toll on the student’s mental health as well as affect their academic performance and enjoyment of school/ college life. Workshops include managing life routine, building confidence, self-belief/ self-esteem, etc. 

Positive Parenting

Parenting can be as joyous a journey as it can be treacherous, if one doesn’t know how to navigate through the challenging moments. Managing difficult emotions in our children, sibling rivalry,  knowing effective discipline strategies, enhancing communication with our children, and navigating challenging behavior patterns, are some of the key issues the workshops addresses.
