Stress management
Stress has become an inevitable part of life, be it in one’s job or in personal life. The immediate effect of stress can be felt in loss of one’s happiness and peace of mind and a prolonged effect of stress can be seen on one’s health. Both these outcomes affect not only the individual but the organization they work for. Through the workshops, participants can learn effective stress management techniques as well as techniques to improve mental wellbeing such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Work life balance
The art of effectively managing your time, resources, and energy to meet both your professional and personal commitments while prioritizing self care and well being. It improves relationships and personal health while also impacting the group’s productivity and ultimately their performance and job satisfaction.
Resilience building
Sometimes life is hard, and we succumb to the struggle. Resilience is that key attribute that enables individuals to bounce back from such setbacks, face challenges with determination and finally use the experience to grow from it. By developing resilience, employees can enhance their ability to handle personal and/or work adversity, leading to a higher performance, reduced burnout and a drop in attrition rates.
Exam Stress
Examination brings out our fear of failure, the pressure to perform, and other negative states. Such a repetitive experience of examination can take a toll on the student’s mental health as well as affect their academic performance and enjoyment of school/ college life. Workshops include managing life routine, building confidence, self-belief/ self-esteem, etc.
Positive Parenting
Parenting can be as joyous a journey as it can be treacherous, if one doesn’t know how to navigate through the challenging moments. Managing difficult emotions in our children, sibling rivalry, knowing effective discipline strategies, enhancing communication with our children, and navigating challenging behavior patterns, are some of the key issues the workshops addresses.
