I, Komal Monga, primarily use CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) approaches to help my clients understand their feelings and thoughts better. With their new healthy thinking they have more power to change their choices and take positive actions in life.
Other than individual sessions, I also conduct workshops online and offline on mental health and wellbeing. In addition to my psychological services, I also conduct (online only) Bhagavad Gita class, to help understand its implications in our daily life. I also teach the meaning of Hanuman Chalisa and Ramayana (online only).
I have a private practice, and work from my home office. For individual counseling I am available with prior appointments, on all seven days of the week. I charge ₹2500 ($31) for 60 mins.
